Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your Sketchopia account and the personal information associated with it. Sketchopia is owned and operated by Trishula Gamings Private Limited, the developer shown on our Google Play listing. The account is created and managed by the parent or guardian, so account deletion is always carried out from the parent area of the app.

You can delete everything yourself from inside the app in under a minute, or you can ask us to do it for you by email. Either way, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data is from inside Sketchopia:

  • Open the Sketchopia app and sign in as the parent.
  • Open the Parent dashboard (tap the parent / settings area and enter your parent PIN).
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account (just below Log out).
  • Read the confirmation, then confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

This action is irreversible: once confirmed, your account, every child profile under it, and all related data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can ask us to delete your account for you. Email contactus@sketchopia.co from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".

We use your email address to verify that you own the account, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your request. We will email you once it is done.

3. Delete a single child profile

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove a child's data. From the Parent dashboard you can delete an individual child profile, which permanently removes that child's drawings, creations, saved facts, learning history and usage records, while keeping your account and any other children.

4. What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the personal information we hold for you and your children, including:

  • Your parent account and sign-in credentials.
  • All child profiles (names and profile details).
  • Drawings and creations made in the app.
  • Learning sessions and saved fun facts (the "My Fact Book").
  • Usage records, stars and progress data.
  • Any in-app balances and purchase or transaction history.
  • Device session records and subscription status records.

5. What we keep & for how long

We aim to delete your data promptly on request. A few limited exceptions apply:

  • Backups: residual copies in our encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup rotation, within 30 days.
  • Legal and financial records: where the law requires it (for example, tax or transaction records relating to a purchase), we may retain the minimum necessary records for the period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted.

Outside these exceptions, we do not keep your account data after deletion. For more detail on how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy.
